This level includes a site walk, conceptual layout, and high-level recommendations focused on Integrity, flow, and playability for all skill levels. It provides park districts with a clear vision and practical guidance to move forward confidently.


  • Best for new builds or meaningful upgrades. This service includes detailed layout planning, refined shot shaping, and integration with existing site features such as paths, trees, and environmentally sensitive areas. It also includes arborist-informed guidance on tree preservation and planting to ensure long-term health, playability, and maintenance efficiency.
